Trip to Texas Part 2

To pick up where I left off . . . here we are at the t-ball game.  The kids enjoyed a few minutes of being "in charge" of Jonathan.

One morning at the Bryant's while I was getting ready all three Bryant kids came in to see Jonathan.  We ended up all hanging out in there for awhile before they left for school.

Tuesday morning Jonathan and I went to the zoo with Cora and Jordan.  It was Jonathan's first trip and it was a success!

The giraffes were our favorite.

At some point during the trip, Jonathan discovered his tongue and learned how fun it is to stick it out!

We got to have a nice lunch with our good friend Christy.

My final day in town I got to see Kristen and her children Nathanael and Abby.  I also got to meet Baby Anna for the first time.

My good friend Stacy and her youngest son Cameron also came to see us from College Station.  We only had a few hours together but it was a great visit!

Cameron and Nathanael.

I love this picture.  Jonathan had just fallen over, but doesn't it look like he is just lounging after a long day?

One last shot with the Bryant kids.

This is in the airport while I was waiting for my flight.  What a cute face!!!

If you made it to the end of this, congrats and thanks!!!

Trip to Texas Part 1

Jonathan and I had a great trip to Texas.  It was very busy, but a lot of fun.  The week started with some quality time with Jordan.  She picked me up at the airport and we went to a wonderful lunch at Ninfa's.  She even came all the way back out to the suburbs the next day to spend time with us again.

One of the many perks of my trip was being able to watch some of the kids at their various activities.  The first was Jenna's volleyball game.  Jenna is a great volleyball player and has an awesome overhand serve.

Luke, Jake, Reid and Anna.

Caroline and Jonathan

Reid was great with Jonathan all week. He's going to be a cool big cousin that shows his little cousin the ropes.  Here he is introducing Jonathan to Benjamin's iPad.

Here we are giving Grandma her Mother's Day gifts.

We got to see Reid play two different t-ball games.  He is quite the little athlete.

Natalie had everyone over for dinner Saturday night.  Jordan, Coleman, and Cora joined us.

The girls had a lot of fun entertaining Jonathan in Anna's room.

Sweet Cora.  Isn't she a cutie?

Anna had the lead in a church musical.  She did an amazing job!

This was Jonathan's first time in a swing.  He loved it.

I love this picture of Luke and Reid both getting ready to throw at the same time.

Part Two of the Texas trip coming soon, so stay tuned, faithful blog readers!
