Update blog

Here is my attempt at catching up the blog before the little one arrives.

In May Jonathan and I took a trip to Marshall and Waco to see our family.  (Andy was at his silent retreat).

Reid and Jonathan were great buddies and Reid kept Jonathan very entertained.

We got to see Reid and Luke play baseball.

We drove to Waco from Marshall with the Bryants.  Don't you like Jonathan's pink carseat that we borrowed?

Playing cards at Melissa's house.

Jonathan with his Grandma and Grandpa.

All eight grandchildren!

While were in Waco we got to meet Jordan and Coleman's new baby, Hutch.  He is beautiful and I was thrilled to be able to meet him only a few days after his birth.

Doesn't Jordan look beautiful?

Grandma with Jenna, Caroline and Jake.

We also got to briefly see Kristen and her three kids, Nathanael, Abby and Anna.

This is me back at home preparing all of the baby's clothes.

The first day that we filled Jonathan's pool and he loved it.  He didn't even wait to get his swimsuit on.

This is me at 35 weeks.

More pool fun.

37 weeks.

Andy's birthday.

A few pregnancy shots.

Isn't he looking old?

Father's Day. We took Jonathan to Wegerzyn Gardens and then had a picnic. He loved it!

Stay tuned. I am sure the next blog will have baby pictures!

  1. 1. The pic of Mama while you're playing cards is TOO adorable. That needs to be cropped and framed!
    2. Love the side tables! Perhaps not new, but new to me. Looks great.
    3. Are you shrinking?!? Week 37 looks even smaller than week 35! And you look GORGEOUS. I'm not kidding. The week 37 and the pregnancy pics are stunning. You look like a Motherhood Maternity model or something. Pregnancy looks good on ya!
    4. The pic of Jonathan on the stool looking up at you brought tears to my eyes - real tears! It is such a precious, precious picture. I am so, so glad you have that and I know that no one appreciates good pictures more than you do!
Love, love, love your beautiful (and growing!) family.
